Returns and Warranty
The JLab Promise: If you don't love it we'll take it back. We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. All products are made with premium components to the highest quality standards.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your product for a replacement or refund within 30 days of your order date. If you choose a refund, you'll receive your purchase price minus shipping/handling and if applicable, a restocking fee. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any non-defective items to cover our return and refund costs. We cannot pay for shipping on items being returned to us.
All products are covered by a one year warranty from the date of purchase. Keep your original receipt for your records. If you item fails under normal use while under warranty, follow the return instructions below.
To return your items:
1. Log into your account. (If you ordered through Amazon, please e-mail us at  )
2. Under 'My Orders', click 'View the orders I have made'. Select the relevant order and then click on the item you want to return. Fill in all details and click Submit.
3. You'll receive an RMA number instantly and as well as by e-mail.
4. Carefully repackage your item. If appropriate, use the same materials and box it was shipped to you in. Items must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
5. Return your item by USPS to:

It is advisable to ensure and certify your return delivery. JLab audio cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or mishandled by USPS. Once your item is received in acceptable condition, a refund or credit will be issued.
