How To Properly Clean Your Eartips

We’ve all been there, you take out your earbud and it’s frightening what comes out with them. Well have no fear! We found some tips on how to properly clean your eartips to avoid bacteria build up, which can lead to ear infections and other illness.

Tip #1:

Using a sanitation wipe can do the trick. Any Lysol type wipe will be good enough to clean the bacteria away.

Tip #2:

Don’t forget the holes! Take a tooth pick and scrape out the gunk from the eartip. We know, gross, but this will help avoid future build-up.

Tip #3:

Don’t wash your eartips while still on the earbud. If you want to rinse them off with water, either under a faucet or soaking them in a bowl, we suggest taking the eartip off and cleaning it separately. While almost all of our earbuds have an IP rating, we’d rather you be safe than sorry.

Tip #4

Do your best not to share your earbuds with others. Collecting other bacteria won’t help when you go to use your earbuds again.

Remember to take care of your electronics and their accessories! The better you take care of them, the longer they'll last.

I got these as a gift and I love them and the quality is awesome and I am a mom of 3 busy kids and I have been blessed with these because they allow me to do a lot of things while not holding my phone while listening to music and it is nice to set my iPhone X down and do dishes while listening to music or watching a movie without worrying about the cord connection so thank you and I am as of now a permanent mom/fan of your product!!!

I’m no audiophile but these definitely sound good to me. Also, the Bluetooth on these is amazing. I can set my phone down in the corner of my gym and use every machine and my music never cuts out. Other, lesser buds forced me to drag my phone around with me but not these👍🏻

I very happy with these Earbuds. I have wireless headphones (Insignia) they are terrible compared to these and thank you for the cleaning tip! I’m satisfied with these earbuds and the fact they come with different sized “cushions” I’m not sure what they are called.

Great article. Thanks for the Tip! (HA See what I did there?).
Seriously, I have close to 600 Audiobooks in my library if that shows how much I listen them. I literally own almost every major brand of true wireless on the market and several generics. I even have purchased 2-3 Indigogo special earbuds as well. I am a True Wiress nut to say say the least. I read review artickes all the time and laugh at how staged or sponsored they are. I know true wireless market as I took interest when only 2-3 options were on Amazon 2 years ago but now 200. So take this compliment serious that these are among the best of the best. ). I read reviews and was looking forward to trying these JLabs but my local Walmart never got restocked and then only received 1-2 when they did I was excited as Jlabs bud on Amazon reviews passed the “Fakespot test”, which most fail but a large margin. However not wanting l to wait for them tklle in stock up and decided to orders some eventually. So 2 days ago I chased the brand new $299 Master & Dynamic at Best Bigbox. Ironically the same day at a Verizon I saw the JLAB!! The M&D’s are great. So I why do I look forward to wearing the Jlabs more? Why are the M&D’s which are being called best sounding on the market not he’d over heals if any better the my Jlabs. And why is Jlab the only company wise enough to build-in a charging Cord!! Thanks for some legit earbuds which are worth 3x the $48 paid for them.
