Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding, works perfectly, sounds great....when you buy a set that actually works. I was waiting for these for a long time. The first set that I bought at Best Buy...the left and right sides wouldn't pair. I exchanged them for a second set, and on the second set, the volume up/track change button wouldn't work. I exchanged them for a third set, and that works beautifully!! So, I think that they may have some manufacturing quality issues to work out, but this 3rd set that I bought works beautifully. I was worried after the first two. I have tried many bluetooth headsets in my time, and these are the best, incorporating all of the features that I was looking for. The multi point feature works great to go between phone and PC.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Exactly what I wanted but... I use these at work. I live in NW Florida and the humidity and heat make have things dangling around your head and neck frustrating. These were the perfect answer....Almost. My biggest issue is the phone keeps dropping out to an extremely low volume that can’t be adjusted. The only way I’ve found to fix the issue is to put them back in the case and then take them back out. If I’m driving, that’s a huge pain in the rear. I was on the main page hoping there is a firmware update I can do. Something? Anything? I’d love to get these things right but I’m concerned I’ll have to return them. If I do, I won’t be getting a second pair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pros and Cons Pros: These absolutely never fall out. No wires at all. Can be used to charge other electronics such as your phone. The sound quality is great.... In the beginning Cons After about two months, sound quality went down When the sound quality went down the batter had to be completely for the calls to be clear. after the first call, the caller is is extremely low As well, I am not heard, its a bunch of static with robot words. This is unsatisfactory for a pair of headphones that are $150. I hope that I just purchased a bad pair and JLAB will rectify this situation, because if they work like they worked the first month or two, my entire family will be getting some.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great sound but worthless for running I purchased these about 2 months ago to use with my Garmin music running watch while running. They stay in we’ll and the sound is great. Problems: 1)Touch surface stops working if sweat or rain gets on it. 2)Only has about a 2 foot range for me with my Garmin watch before I start getting drop outs. This means when I stop to rest and put my arms down at my side, I get drop outs. 3)When you tap the left earphone, it should lower the volume. Instead, it mutes the sound and you have to completely re-start the headphones to get them to work again. I emailed both jlabaudio and Garmin. Only help I got from Jlab was to re-pair them. Already tried that and a dozen other things many times. No help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Super Disappointed I was initially very happy with this product. However, the volume, track skipping, and pause/play features became glitchy after about a month. I was using them for runs and after about 10 minutes if I attempted to use any of the features on the earbud, the earbuds would skip track after track or turn the volume up/down by itself. The only way to combat the problem would be to have my phone out and keep adjusting the volume controls on my phone so it didn't get too loud or too quiet. Despite my disappointment, JLAB's customer service quickly filed my warranty claim and I am pleased they allow customers to exchange for a different product. I wouldn't recommend these earbuds, but their warranty policy and customer service is beyond excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Divine Comfort and Sound I went through several expensive earbud headphones including Bose, Apple Airbuds, Plantronics and three others that simply do not measure up to these Jlabs Audio earbuds. The sound and comfort is superior. I exercise each weekday and I run extensively on a track inside a noisy gym and I hear my music with clarity while these Jlab Audio earbuds don't budge from my ears. Do yourself a huge favor and buy these first instead of wasting time and money on an inferior product. Time is money and these will add tremendous value to your workout time at the library or at the of office. This is a no brainer purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love/Hate These are the best true wireless ear buds that I have tried so far. Mainly because it wraps around the ear so I can shoot hoops and not have to worry about them falling out. The sound quality depends on how deep into my ear I place it and which rubber end I'm using. The problem that I have is that if I'm listening to music and I go to adjust the bud in my ear, I skip the track. If I am on a call and I try to adjust the ear bud the call is disconnected. I have attached the online manual for the Epic Air and the Epic Air Elite (whatever that is). Neither of them say that my call should be disconnected with a single touch of the right earbud but that is what always happens. How am I to know if I have the regular or the Elite? Can the regular be upgraded to the elite via software update?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound! I ordered these to use with my IPhone 8 Plus. I had not purchased a pair of earbuds yet and the price was good for the value. The earbuds connected easily to my phone and vehicle, however I could not get them to fit my ears. I have very small ears inside and out, so the part that fits around the outside of my ears would not remain in place. I used the correct sized attachment inside my ears but the earbuds would fall out. I gave them to my grandson, they fit him perfectly and he loves them. A great product if you do not have small and shallow ears.

My charging case has five lights to tell me a general amount of battery left in the charging case. these lights work in succession as you charge, but when you check battery it always shows 5 lights or full regardless of the actual battery level.

Asked by: Gillman
Well you have 30 hours of charge in the case it takes quite a long time to have them all run down what i would do to make sure they are not broken is plug your DEAD phone into it and let it charge than if the lights are still on you have a problem it is most likely you just still have alot of cgarge seeing as each earbud has 6 hours and the case has 30 hours i hope this helped good luck

I lost my main ear bud (right) , is there any way to make my left earbud the main one or connect ? It doesn't show up or pair on my Bluetooth ?

Asked by: Lherrera
Hey Lherrera, You may make the left the dominant. Simply un-pair the right one from your Bluetooth device menu and then put the left earbud into a pairing mode. Please reach out to us either via email support@jlabaudio.com or shoot us a call at 405.445.7219 Monday-Thursday between 8am-5pm p.t & Friday 8am-3pm p.t if you have any troubles, so that we may walk you through the process. The rewiews said that many people have had problems with volume amount, or controls. And lots of people said that their headphones have stopped working atleast partly after few months. Are these problems with only few headphones or should i not buy those.

Asked by: Jake1673
Hey Jake1673, The Epic Air has been a very strong first generation unit for us. There may be some issues from time to time with some units, however given the number of units sold, they continue to be a nice choice.
