Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding, works perfectly, sounds great....when you buy a set that actually works. I was waiting for these for a long time. The first set that I bought at Best Buy...the left and right sides wouldn't pair. I exchanged them for a second set, and on the second set, the volume up/track change button wouldn't work. I exchanged them for a third set, and that works beautifully!! So, I think that they may have some manufacturing quality issues to work out, but this 3rd set that I bought works beautifully. I was worried after the first two. I have tried many bluetooth headsets in my time, and these are the best, incorporating all of the features that I was looking for. The multi point feature works great to go between phone and PC.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Divine Comfort and Sound I went through several expensive earbud headphones including Bose, Apple Airbuds, Plantronics and three others that simply do not measure up to these Jlabs Audio earbuds. The sound and comfort is superior. I exercise each weekday and I run extensively on a track inside a noisy gym and I hear my music with clarity while these Jlab Audio earbuds don't budge from my ears. Do yourself a huge favor and buy these first instead of wasting time and money on an inferior product. Time is money and these will add tremendous value to your workout time at the library or at the of office. This is a no brainer purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pros and Cons Pros: These absolutely never fall out. No wires at all. Can be used to charge other electronics such as your phone. The sound quality is great.... In the beginning Cons After about two months, sound quality went down When the sound quality went down the batter had to be completely for the calls to be clear. after the first call, the caller is is extremely low As well, I am not heard, its a bunch of static with robot words. This is unsatisfactory for a pair of headphones that are $150. I hope that I just purchased a bad pair and JLAB will rectify this situation, because if they work like they worked the first month or two, my entire family will be getting some.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Connectivity I bought the Epic earbuds for practicing at the golf range. For whatever reason connectivity was marginal and quite annoying at a relatively frequent interval. Left bud primary, left pocket for my I-Phone did not seem to help. In reviewing Epics antenna design (wrap around) I decided to have my wife sew a mesh pouch inside my hat. It allowed me to place my I-Phone in my hat and since doing so I have never had a single connectivity cutout. It works best to have a larger size hat to more easily fit the I-Phone and be a zero bother . Works great, I'd love a couple sets from Epic for the enhancement .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great sound but worthless for running I purchased these about 2 months ago to use with my Garmin music running watch while running. They stay in we’ll and the sound is great. Problems: 1)Touch surface stops working if sweat or rain gets on it. 2)Only has about a 2 foot range for me with my Garmin watch before I start getting drop outs. This means when I stop to rest and put my arms down at my side, I get drop outs. 3)When you tap the left earphone, it should lower the volume. Instead, it mutes the sound and you have to completely re-start the headphones to get them to work again. I emailed both jlabaudio and Garmin. Only help I got from Jlab was to re-pair them. Already tried that and a dozen other things many times. No help.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love/hate I love these headphones when they work. Sounds is great, fit is great, super comfortable. I hate that they have such charging issues. First set lasted almost a month before they stopped charging. Second set never charged, third set never charged...i went through support for a few other small issues and you were able to get everything taken care of easily. I suggest doing a FAQ page specifically for these. Long story short, wireless headphones as that don't charge are just useless. I gave these three chances and I was, in the end let down. If at some point in the future, this issue was finally fixed I would definitely buy them again...as for now I'll have to exchange them for something different.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product..a little frustrating This is a five star product in terms of sound, fit and performance. The only reason I am giving it four stars is that it took forever to work through some kinks before I got it working properly. Sound was only coming from one bud and had to repeat set up several times. Once I got sound coming from both, the volume would lower on its own and tracks would change after only a few seconds. I finally got that to stop and everything has been working great. Again this product is great, just be a little patient if you experience any issues. You will love this product, especially for running.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far, So great! I purchased these buds in late February and started using in early March. I use them mainly for the gym and they've been great so far. These buds work better for me as they wrap around the ear and never fall out. I haven't had any connection issues and sound quality is good. Sometimes the sound gets a little muffled, but no other sound related issues for me. My only complaint is the touchy controls; a lot of times pausing or changing songs/tracks when a towel brushes against it. It's not a deal-breaker, but can get a bit annoying while in mid-run. I've had some troubles with bluetooth headphones in the past, so I'm still nervous to see if these are as durable as claimed, but otherwise I'm happy so far!

I am having issues with the touch controls when sweat gets on it. The volume will continue to change whenever sweat gets on the control. Is there a way to modify the controls or simple just disable the volume control?
