    Get your fitness on.

Headquartered here in Southern California we’re all about an active lifestyle, so we aim to design earbuds that not only enhance your life, but help you exceed your goals. The Epic Air, while great for many different uses, is going to be your all-star workout, running, biking, GO anywhere partner. With the patent-pending beacon earhook that we’ve mentioned previously, these earbuds will stay securely in your ear and ensure skip free music. Along with their inspiring design comes eight different styles of gel tips so you can find the perfect fit to secure in your ears. To top it off we added an IPX5 rating making it splash-proof and sweat-proof (which is currently being tested for a higher IPX rating). They’ll never fall out while you get your fitness on and will keep you powering through those sweaty workouts.

Here’s some of the activities they’ve been put to the test with:

-Working out at the gym (our head designer happens to have very big biceps)

-Sitting at the computer doing work (ok not the most athletic of endeavors but …)

-Hiking (San Diego has some great spots)

-Running (even when its getting to our ‘winter’ temps of below 60 degrees)

-Yoga (and below is a photo to prove it)

    A seriously awesome case.

Have you ever been somewhere and your Bluetooth earbuds died? Or maybe your phone is on low battery and you know your music is about to shut down right in the middle of your workout? What do you do if you don’t have any source of power? Well we solved that problem for you.

Our innovative Epic Air case allows your earbuds to charge while being protected and can provide charge out power to your other devices. While the earbuds hold six hours of a playtime, the case can provide an additional 30 hours of charge. The case will automatically turn off your earbuds once placed inside and will begin charging. Lights on the case also indicate how much power is left for your convenience. Compact, protective, and efficient…you can thank us later.

The most versatile case you’ve ever seen:

-Charge your earbuds (up to 5 times)-Charge out to your Bluetooth speaker (Any Crasher Series speaker or others) -Charge your mobile phone (comes with a universal micro USB or use your own iPhone lightning charger)

    The Epic Air IPX Rating.

People use their earbuds in a variety of ways so it’s important to us to provide you with a pair that can hold up against a variety of splashes and sweat. The Epic Air prototypes have proven a IPX5 water resistant rating, and are currently testing for higher protection. Their IPX5 rating does not mean they are 100% waterproof, but rather “splashproof”. This means you can get stuck in the rain, have sweaty workouts, and rinse them off at the end of the day. Can’t go wrong with that, right? So go run a marathon or get caught sprinklers because the Epic Air will handle all of your daily outings.

    Constant Improvement. Volume Controls!

While we were working furiously to give you updates on the Epic Air, our product team had already improved the touch controls. Our last update incorrectly stated that volume control would have to come from the device or phone – but we had recently upgraded the latest prototype to have touch volume controls from the earbuds! So you’ll be able to adjust volume on the run (literally):

    Epic Air Controls:

    Track Forward & Track Backward

    Play & Pause

    Power On & Off

    Microphone for Calls

    Volume Up/Down

    Activate Siri/Google Assistant

    About our wireless touch control.

When designing the Epic Air, we wanted to make the efficiency of controlling your music as easy as possible, so we incorporated touch controls on the outside of the earbud. With just a tap or two to either earbud you’ll be able switch up your tunes, easy as 1 2 3 (or just 1, 2). For simple, uncomplicated controlling, you’ll be able to track forward and track backward and play or pause. To power on and off, you’ll press and hold a button on the inside of the earbud for three seconds.

    Epic Air Controls:

-Track Forward & Track Backward -Play & Pause -Answer/Hang-up -Power On & Off -Microphone for Calls -Volume Up/Down

As if the controls couldn’t get any better, we added a mic to each side so you can take calls without interrupting your task or exercise at hand. Just tap once to answer and hang up and you’re ready to go!

JLab is in the true wireless game

    Dear Friends,

For years JLab Audio has been working on the Epic Air, and while we’ve launched the Epic Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds and continued to receive praise for those headphones, we have still been innovating in the true wireless space. With the removal of the iPhone7 headphone jack, we’ll see the evolution of headphones to wireless connectivity (no plug-in necessary). And we're 100% ready to go wireless too.

    Epic Air and charging case

With the launch of the Apple AirPods later this month along with others, we want to make sure you’re in the know. Our designers have been hard at work building the perfect earbud that you won’t lose, won’t fall out of your ear, won’t run out of battery quickly, and will deliver amazing sound and performance. And is truly wireless (no connecting wires at all!).

With all due respect to Beats most recent Got No Strings commercial and recent products announced (BeatsX, PowerBeats3 and Beats Solo3), we view no strings a little different.  Like … none at all.

So meet the patent-pending Epic Air, a refreshing innovation of true wireless earbuds designed with fitness in mind – that will blow away the competition in battery life, connectivity, secure fit, comfort and more.

    36 hours of playtime

As we dominated battery life in the wireless sport earbud category, JLab Epic Air features a six-hour battery life – the best in the true wireless earbud market – and are paired with the most robust charging solution to date. The included charging case can pump out 30 more hours of listening time – beating anything in the category with time to spare. That’s 36 hours total, 24% more than the Apple AirPods*.

    Patent-Pending Antenna Earhook

We focused on creating a secure, uninterrupted Bluetooth connection. While other true wireless products struggle with the cross-body connection and have consistent cut-out issues**, JLab’s first-ever antenna earhook is designed with the Bluetooth antenna in both the right and left side. This location, along with allowing your device to connect to either earbud, ensures the strongest Bluetooth connection for the device. The result of the earhook antenna and connection versatility is so powerful, JLab patented the design.

Tons of power for earbuds and even your phone

    Portable Power

The included charging case is the perfect portable, universal charger– not just to keep your Epic Air going for 30 hours, but for charging your device in either the USB or microUSB ports. The lights indicate how much power is remaining so you’ll know when to recharge the case as well.

    Revolutionary Fit

Our proprietary earhook combined with eight sets of gel-tips, including an industry-first triple flange custom fit tip and a unique shallow-fit tip, allow the earbud to customize to anyone’s fit. JLab offers more fit options than nearly any other true wireless earbud and the additional safeguard from the earhook creates our revolutionary fit and feel.
