Excitement fills the air as the NBA draft approaches, with basketball fans eagerly awaiting the selection of talented young players. Among them is Scoot Henderson, a star player from the NBA G League Ignite team, who has captured attention with his impressive skills on the court. JLab is proud to partner with the NBA G League Ignite and wishes all the players the best of luck in the upcoming draft. In particular, we have been thrilled to collaborate with Scoot Henderson, Mojave King, and Sidy Cissoko, who recently showcased their humor and lip-reading abilities in our entertaining Whisper Challenge video.

A 6-foot-3 point guard from the state of Georgia, Henderson is one of the most explosive players in the 2023 NBA Draft. A five-star recruit from the class of 2022, Scoot Henderson was the top point guard and No. 7 overall prospect in the ESPN Top 100 before reclassifying to the class of 2021. He led Kell High School to a runner-up finish in the state championship game in his final season, averaging 32.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 6.0 assists in the process. At season’s end, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution named Henderson the Class 6A Player of the Year and first team 6A All-State.

 Featured Player: Mojave King

With plenty of upside, there's a lot to like about the 6-foot-5 King with the 2023 NBA Draft fast approaching. An NBA academy graduate, Mojave King became the fourth NBA academy alum to sign with Ignite. In 2021, King joined the NBL’s Next Stars program, where he played for Cairns Taipans and Adelaide 36ers. During his time at NBA Global Academy, King participated in several high-profile international events, such as the 2019 NBA Academy Games and the 2020 Torneo Junior Ciutat de L’Hospitalet. Prior to joining Ignite, King spent the summer of 2022 as a member of the Southland Sharks, where he averaged 18.1 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 16 games.

     Featured Player: Sidy Cissoko

At 6-foot-6, Ignite's Sidy Cissoko offers a healthy amount of two-way production at the wing in this year's draft class. A standout international prospect from France, Sidy Cissoko became the first European-born prospect to join Ignite. In 2021, he was a part of the Iraurgi Saski Baloia in the second division of the Spanish Basketball League. That same year, he competed with France at the 2021 FIBA U18 European Challengers, where he averaged 7.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.4 steals in five games. Cissoko was also selected to play for the World Select Team in the 2022 Nike Hoop Summit. In addition, he represented France at the 2022 FIBA U18 European Championship, where he averaged 7.8 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists.
JLab is thrilled to partner with the NBA G League Ignite and wishes all the players the best of luck in the upcoming NBA draft.
